Forged Deed, Covered Loss 

Our client, a real estate investor, bought a Detroit property with title insurance, only to lose it when a forged deed earlier in the chain of title voided everyone’s ownership. The insurer not only denied the claim but sued our client. Head Murphy Law fought back, defeating those claims and recovering roughly $90,000.
